Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fund Controller to join its executive
team and oversee financial strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations, including fund accounting, audits,
tax reporting, and compliance
Manage cash flow, financial planning, and budgeting processes for
the Funds
Lead the finance team and provide financial strategy support to
portfolio companies
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of relevant training in finance or accounting
CPA preferred, with public accounting experience
Experience in venture capital, private equity, or related financial
sectors
Strong understanding of fund accounting and financial
compliance
Experience managing audits for a venture fund or alternative
investment vehicle
