Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Retirement Customer Service
Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information to customers regarding retirement
products such as 401k, IRA, and 403(b)
Research and locate information using multiple systems and
coordinate with cross-functional departments
Document customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding items in a
timely manner
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
One year of call center or customer service experience, or
financial services industry experience
Proficiency using MS Office tools
Understanding of retirement products such as 401k, IRA, and 403(b)
is preferred
Previous work from home experience is preferred
